Still on my blog break, but after checking out the lovely Kristen AKA 'Fellow Blogger on a Break's' page, I just had to do this...the new album cover by my band Herea..."Probably be Labor Day Weekend" -
I jest...I am not in a band, but like Kristen would now like to start one just to use the cool band name. So please check out Kristen's post here and join in the fun. And FYI...a Herea is a genus of moth in the Arctiidae family. You learn something new every day!
Life is good, all is well, see you when I return!
It's Friday in the States so that means it's Friday Fill-Ins time! Here are mine, but on a Saturday!
1. It's January; the weather is warm, new challenges await and I'm celebrating the start of my Jesus Year!
2. Sleep is what I crave most right now.
3. Cork and wine go together like God and me. He is what keeps me "palatable". He's also the "stopper" I need so I don't lose all my goodness from on the inside!
4. A soak in the bath is so nourishing (for the body, mind and soul).
5. Let us dare to live our lives completely as God intended.
6. I find peace, solice and comfort in my home.
7. And as for the weekend, (tonight) last night (I'm looking forward to) I enjoyed relaxing on the couch watching a movie, (tomorrow) today my plans include doing laundry, sleeping and Bible study and Sunday, I want to go to church then get a few groceries then enjoy some more Bible study!
I checked out Kristen's page tonight and found something fun called Friday Fill-Ins so I thought I'd have a go too...
1. The world is tiny after watching Louie Giglio's 'Indescribable'!
2. "That was Kat testing out her microphone", was the last thing I said, after checking out a voice clip on Messenger.
3. I wonder how I will deal with my mother returning home - 3 states away - tomorrow afternoon.
4. God should be the One I think of at the beginning of all things and not at the end of all things.
5. There's something to be said for a mother's wisdom, especially in child rearing.
6. Seattle is where I want to be.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to relaxing with my "moms", tomorrow my plans include taking my mum to the airport and my daughter to her father's and Sunday, I want to go to church and get my worship on!
