This is me with my beautiful daughter, J. This photo was taken in December, 2010 when she was six years old. She is now about to finish Year 7 in school. She is truly a gift from God and the number one reason why I get up every day.
In the almost 11 years I've been a single mum I have had many ups and downs. Our latest chapter of life brings with the angst of tween life mixed with the onset of middle aged changes. We are moving through life one day at a time while facing many challenges from all sides.
I hope to add to my writings on being a single mum in the hope that I can bless more women who are embarking on this journey alone.
